#1. Banana!
You will need a ripe banana, a slice of bread, and a fork.
Squash the banana and place on bread. Thirty seconds later and a pinch of cinnamon on top, it's done! You can also eat it with oatmeal, or eat oatmeal and banana without the bread.
#2. Peanut Butter!
A very popular American choice, it's also nutricious and tasty!
